Our Mission
Brave Path Recovery was founded by Damien Trites in honor of Adrienne, the mother of his son, whose last words to him in a text were, “I’ll come to treatment when I’m brave enough.” Those words became both the name and the heart of this center. Damien’s own journey, from a bullied kid who found strength in fighting, to a professional athlete who quietly battled addiction, to a man who has devoted his life to helping others heal, taught him that recovery is not just about treatment, it is about courage, connection, and family. At Brave Path Recovery, every person who enters is embraced as part of that family, seen and valued for who they are, and supported with compassion and accountability through our evidence-based PHP and IOP programs. We are dedicated to full-spectrum healing of mind, body, and spirit, creating a safe and judgment-free environment where people can rebuild trust, rediscover their strength, and reclaim their lives. Brave Path Recovery exists as a living promise that no one has to face addiction alone, that every story matters, and that redemption is possible for all who are brave enough to take the first step.
